Can 'all right' be used instead of 'good' when you evaluate something?
I don't think this sounds right and would like to know if this is correct to native speakers.

"all right" is fine as an evaluation, but in the normal idiomatic sense it is noticeably less enthusiastic then "good". It is about the same as "OK".
