Can a Native speaker give me correct terms to use?

For the sake of this conversation let's say that the following NYC subway line has 10 stops, stop 1 to stop 10.

How would a Native speaker say the following. I am looking to use the correct terms associated with the metro.

1 There was a suspicious package on the subway line. All subway activity will be stopped and resume once package is dismissed as clear. There will be a stop in subway activity between stops 3 and 7.

Is this natural?

2 The suspicious package is probably between those 2 stops, placing the package at stop 5.

Thank you

Ps Is associated or in relation the correct and natural word in this sentence: I am looking to use the correct terms associated with/in relation to the metro.
