Can a native correct these sentences please?

Can a native correct these sentences please if corrections needed?

1 The are some occasions where the rule doesn't apply.

2 It won't make a difference how many angles you show it, it's a foul no matter the angle you watch it.

3 The only game I'm not concerned about the outcome of is this one.

4 Suits are too formal for this event. Come wearing jeans.

Most of them are OK as they are. A native might think you were being a bit formal with the sentence construction, but they'd have no problem understanding what you meant, and - apart from sentence 2 - there aren't any real errors as such. Corrected: 1.
