Can 3 also be used?

1) It will be best if you come on a Monday.
2) It would be best if you came on a Monday.
3) It would be best if you come on a Monday.
I know 1 and 2 are the grammatically accurate forms, but I often hear natives using 3 as well.
Could someone explain?

Anonymous I often hear natives using 3 as well Yes. The first two adhere to the formats of Conditional I and Conditional II respectively, with #2 being more polite. #3 is a mixed conditional form using 'would' to express politeness and 'come' to indicate that the person is surely coming in the future.
