In this context what is the difference between the following two sentences- 'I came first, then you did' and 'I've come first, then you have' In general terms, the Simple Past describes a past event, but the Present Perfect describes the result that you have right now from some past event. Having said that, neither of these two sentences seems natural in the context you describe.
