Please which of these two sentences is correct:

1. Where I came from

2. Where I come from

Neither phrase is a sentence, nor correct as such. Both are correct in contexts like these:

He doesn't know where I came from.
Does he know where I come from?

~Where I come from~ is uesed in a wide situation. for example people would ask u where are you from, not where were you from, right? there's no need to use a passed time to express.
