Task 1: The two maps below road access to a city hospital in 2007 and in 2010. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The two maps illustrate the changes in the road used to enter a city hospital in 2007 and the following three years.

Overall, there were several significant developments in the traffic system for accessing the city hospital in 2010. Prominently, the area for parking’s staff and public separated into two different locations.

In front of the hospital, there was a car park utilized by both public people and the hospital’s staff, but that place was reconstructed in 2010 for staff only. The opposite of the staff car park was a bus station which was erected in lieu of bus stops in 2007. Moreover, for the entry city hospital improvement, two roundabouts were added at the start and end of the Hospital Road. Because the parking in front of the hospital turned into the area for staff only, a new car park for citizens opened up in the East of the city hospital. (152 words)
