1- explanations are easily comprehensible
2- there are enough sample sentences (which is the best side of it)
3- not just words but also usages and idiomatic expressions are provided
4- tables and pictures are given to show words as a group
5- a cd support
etc.

Sounds good, except for the CD-- Merriam-Webster's I found useless and deleted, since it and so many other dictionaries are online anyway.
