It is a shame that the ILEC exam has been discontinued. I agree that TOLES is inferior to it. I work for http://www.legalenglish.co.uk and we are trying to organise an examination of legal English that matches ILEC for its ability to test the language. If anybody has any hints or tips, please let me know.
