Called to the police / police station

Can I say,



(a) He called the police / police station with his phone cell. He told the police what had happened.

(b) He gave the particulars about / of the robbers to the policemen and hoped they would arrest the robbers.

(c) He called with his mobile phone to the police station / policemen.



(d) Lastly, the robbers had been arrested by the police. The police returned Peter's car and he thanked the police.



(e) At last, the police has successfully caught the robbers. He hoped the police arrest the robbers.



(f) He promised himself must be careful when / while driving his car.
