Call out

What verb 'call out' means in this sentence: 'But there's always
the threat of you fleeing after I call you out'. (Context: A hacker-vigilante hacked into another guys's network and found out that this guy is doing something very illegal on the internet, so he asked him to come to the coffee shop to talk. That guy had no idea what hacker wanted to talk about and he didn't know that that guy was a hacker. He confronted him and then started explaining why he wanted to do that in person, he said the sentence above). Thanks for help!
