Hi,
What's your interpretation for "Call my own" here:
One of the disadvantages of being in a large family is that I never have any privacy.And of course,the trouble with not having privacy is that I never have any space I can call my own.Our house is big but sometimes not big enough.
Does it mean that I never have any space to consider this place as mine (belongs to me)?
Or it means that I can never have a private telephone conversation.
