California tax

Hi tutor, is the following sentences correct? for "money" do I put "monies" and for "go" do I put "goes," also is this how I am supposed to put the comma. Thank you very much tutor.

I hate California tax. I want to live in a state where it's tax-free. I bought a laptop that costs $1000 and with the tax it costs me near 1082.00. I could have done something with the $82 like going to theme park, pay for gas, food etc. Man! I hate tax! I am a student for once! I don't have a lot of money all my money go to tuition fee.

Hi, When do you use 'tax' without an article and 'taxes' with a possibility of making it a countable noun? Thank you.

When do you use 'tax' without an article-- when you are speaking of the uncountable, taxation.
and 'taxes' with a possibility of making it a countable noun?-- when you are speaking of the individual law and consequent tax imposed.

Why is there no "s" on "cost?" I thought "that" is third person singular.

Thank you

It is the computer that is singular, not 'that'. However, the computer has already been bought and paid for. Cost is past tense.
