Calendar/congestion

Hello

People who get the flu frequently tend to respond to mass negativity.
They can defuse this negativity with the affirmation “I am
beyond group beliefs or the calendar. I am free from all congestion
and influence.”

Is it possible that "beyond calendar" means "I am beyond time", "time doesn't concern me"?
As for "congestion" I'm not sure ...?

Congestion most probably refers to being clogged up, which happens when you have the flu - your sinuses become congested .
