c : a group of church congregations ministered to by one pastor

1circuit
3 a : a regular tour (as by a traveling judge or preacher) around an assigned district or territory b : the route traveled c : a group of church congregations ministered to by one pastor

I wouldn't have used to above. What is the purpose of its use? To me, it makes perfect sense only when there is no to there.

accrue:
1 : to come into existence as a legally enforceable claim

Please use the above definition in some sentence.

You commonly refer to a pastor as ministering to his "flock" (his congration, or in this case, multiple congregations). I'm not familiar with your other word in that definition. I think of interest or other things that accrue.
