By/with their full name

One of the first things students of Business English wish to learn is how to make and answer phone calls in English. The most important rule is to be polite. Introduce yourself using your full name, and ask for the person you wish to talk to by their full name as well.

Hi,

Is it also right and about the same to say "with their full name" instead of "by their full name?" If not, can you tell me why? Thanks.

The meaning would be understood as synonymous. The collocation is to 'call by one's name', and it seems to have been carried over to the verb 'ask' here...but quite incorrectly, I feel. The best solution would be to insert 'using': 'by using their full name.'
