Could you tell me which one is okay among the follwoing sentences?

1. By when will the order be delivered?
2. By when can you finish this work?
3. Until when can you stay here?

Compared to 3#, how about "How long can you stay here?"

I don't think this context would find anything more formal appropriate, but for example....

1. What is the delivery deadline?
2.When will you be able to complete this project?
3. For how long will you remain here?

Is the style, "Preposition + Interrogative", commonly used? Or, it is possible but not preferred? Could you tell me how "About what are you talking?" or "With whom did you go to college?" sounds?

These formal expressions are probably not used much. Instead, try "What are you talking about?" and " Who did you go to college with? "
