bytes array or byte array?

Do you know difference between "byte array" and "bytes array" ?
What term is correct?

Hi, Usually, the singular form is used when the noun is used adjectivally, eg a car showroom, not a cars showroom a heart surgeon, not a hearts surgeon. Clive

Usually, the singular form is used when the noun is used adjectivally, eg

a car showroom, not a cars showroom

a heart surgeon, not a hearts surgeon.
