By yourself and yourself

You should solve it by yourself. VS. You should solve it yourself.

All of sudden I was wondering if there is a meaning difference between them? I think they mean the same and they are interchangeable for the same meaning. What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much as usual and have a good day.
