By what time?

0 Hi,02br
00I'd like to know how to ask some questions, because I haven't seen some particular forms yet, and I don't know if they are actually possible. So, what are the corresponding questions in these cases?02br
02br
00Example: It's five thirty. -----------> What time is it?02br
01ol
    01li
  1. 00It'll be ready by eight forty. ------------------> ? (Could it be "By what time will it be ready?")02li
  2. 01li
  3. 00It'll be ready by next Monday. --------------> ? (Could it be "By when will it be ready?")02br
    02li
  4. 01li
  5. 00I've been studying since this morning. ----> ? (Could it be "Since when have you been studying?")02li
  6. 02ol
00I've never heard the forms in parentheses. I know I could just say "When will it be ready?" or "How long have you been studying?", but those would be more general questions, I would lose "by" and "since".02br

00Thanks 050010id1

0Kooyeen, usually it's just "When will it be ready?" Or "What time will it be ready?" Or "What day will it be ready?"02br

00For #3, "How long have you been studying?" or "What time did you start studying?" or "How many hours have you been studying?"0-

0 Ah, ok. So the versions I was asking about sound weird or they are not used much... I'll use the classic versions then.02br
