By using a relative clause or relative clause

Hello everyone,

Could use either "a relative clause" or " relative clause" in the following sentences? I am not sure if the highlighted articles and words were correctly used or not?

Request/1. Combine the sentences below by using a relative clause with a comma.

E.g. Jim plays for Manchester United club . It is a wonderful club.

Request/2. Combine the sentences below by using relative clause with commas.

E.g. Jim is a footballer. He lives in Ottawa.

Request/3. Combine the sentences below by using a relative clause with a comma or commas.

E.g. Jim is a footballer. He lives in Ottawa.

I know my question somewhat is long but I am looking forward to getting the answer from you.

Kind regards,

JA
