- He doesn't like going on business trips using Singapore Airline.

- Are these two sentences grammatical and natural?

They are not incorrect, but they don't sound very natural. One would more likely hear something like: He doesn't like using Singapore Airlines for business travel. or Singapore Airlines would not be (or is not) his first choice for business travel.

They are not incorrect, but they don't sound very natural. One would more likely hear something like:

He doesn't like using Singapore Airlines for business travel.

or

Singapore Airlines would not be (or is not) his first choice for business travel.

Grammatically, they are both correct, but the second one sounds better than the first.
