Is correct to say "I'm loving it!" as saw on TV? Some people say that it is wrong, but peoplo say it all the time...

It is correct if it is used in the appropriate situation. It is equivalent to a very enthusiastic "I'm enjoy

We won't say " I am loving you " to a person because it's not something idiomatic we would say in a normal conversation.

As mentioned, it's a catchy phrase McDonalds invented and it's been very successful. It's not wrong saying it but a bit odd.

However, as CJ explained, within the right context, it can make sense.
