2. Before she went to the station, the train has been gone.
3. When she went to the station, the train has been gone.

Any differences in the sentences(1-4) above?

I am not a native speaker but if that English website says that sentence 1 is correct, I must say that it desn't help people learn English.

Anyway, I just tired to help it is better for you to wait for a native speaker. Maybe there is something I don't know either.

i'm not a native speaker too, but i think "left" is make sense than "gone" as for trains, i don't know, waiting for teacher..
