By the time... are those sentences correct?

Are those sentences correct?

1) By the time I get home, she will have been working for 12 hours"

1b) By the time I get home, she has been working for 12 hours"

2a) By the time I got home, she had been working for 12 hours"

2b) By the time I got home, she has been working for 12 hours"

3) The house has been being built for 12 years (passive contruction of present perfect continuos)

4) Why has she been being so exciting this evening? Normally she behaves completly different. (present continuous of "be" + "exciting" used as an adjective)
