Question 35: The planes were delayed and the hotel was awful, but ______ we still had a good time.
A. on the top of all that B. on the contrary C. for all that D. by the same token

The key says D. I looked up in dictionaries and found out it means "for the same reason (and the speaker is introducing contrasting information)", which is not logic for the model sentence. I think B and C are more suitable.
