Is either "by" or "with" correct in the following sentences?

1. Realmadrid lost to Barcelona with 3 to one.

2. Realmadrid lost to Bercelona by 3 to 1.

Neither seems good to me. I'd say

eg Real Madrid lost to Barcelona 3 to 1.

eg Real Madrid lost 3 to 1 to Barcelona.

eg Real Madrid lost to Barcelona by 2 goals.
