BY / FROM lokking at / normal that vs normal for / in case

Could you please take a look at this:
the 1st sentence is complicated.

1 When I use the multi way plug for my computer, I don't pick up all the wifi connections there are. That's because there isn't enough electricty flowing into your computer, and you're computer is running at 50 percent of it's capacity/of its energy. (the screen isn't as lit etc...) How would you say this?)

2 By looking at her hands you can tell she's overweight./From looking.../from the look of her hands, you can tell...

3 Its normal that he wants to see if the computer works before buying it. He's a cautions person/for him to want to see if...

4 He kept the money just in case he gets hungry/got hungry (whats the difference?)

thank you

However, ifit is powered up and initialized, the speed is dictated by the CPU (Pentium ot newer). Capacity is a term associated with storage memory, not
