BY ANY CHANCE

I would have not been so lucky this year, if by any chance I would not have/ I would have met her/ I would have failed to meet her.

Is the above right if I use 'any chance' in all possiblities which have been bolded. Please suggest

Thanks Mr Micabwer

I would not have been so lucky this year if by some chance I had to miss the only one opportunity of meeting you this year on that day.

Is the above ok if I write it in this manner?

Three small changes:

I would not have been so lucky this year if by some chance I had had to miss the only/ one opportunity of meeting you on that day.

Thanks Sir,

I hope this is not by mistake you have written "had had" twice.

I would not have been so lucky this year if by some chance I had had to miss the only opportunity of meeting you this year.
