Without the underlined "by", as this one below, would it still sound natural and make the same sense?

Hi Both are good. If you were writing something formal like a financial report, you would probably include the 'by' (and you wouldn't then use 'an amazing'). If you were writing a snappy piece of journalism or advertising, you could legitimately omit the 'by'.
