Can you say all?
  • There is reason to believe that/I have reason to believe/There has been reason to believe that..
  • The actress looks better and better as the seasons go/looks better ever season.

    But let me tell you what I think.

    If you were to say:

    I have no choice but to agree to his demands.

    I think you can use THAN because of OTHER

    I have no other choice than to agree to his demands.

    And for the REASON question I'm pretty sure you would leave out A. but than again I wouldn't be asking if I were totally sure
