I agree that's what it says. He's saying you eat your dinner, then "top off" with unhealthy food. (e.g. eat a healthy dish, then follow it with a bowl of ice cream.)

Are you sure? I thought a balanced diet was a double slice of stuffed-crust meat-lover's pizza in one hand and a beer in the other. They are both health foods though, right?
