But not James

1) I know I am slow, but not James.

Does this mean:
a) James doesn't know he is slow.
b) James doesn't know I am slow,
c) I know I am slow and James isn't slow.

I think it could mean 'a' and 'b', but not 'c'.

Gratefully,
Navi.
