Hello everybody.

Team Obama’s “get out the vote” campaign worked . . . but just barely. He went on to win Indiana, but only by a gnat’s eyelash. For a more powerful strategy to activate latent
demand, we need to turn away from the world of politics and to the world of puppies.

What does but barely means Obama won the election but it was almost to miss the election?
