Pakistan cricket in turmoil, I am afraid is nothing new but even by their unhappy record what is currently happening in the game in that country is quite unacceptable. On talent and potential Pakistan's cricketers are second to none, and now and then they do confirm their immense gifts and manifold skills by winning the World Cup in 1992 and pulling off an unexpected triumph in the Twenty20 World Cup, in which they are the reigning champions.
