Is "But enough about that" an idiomatic phrase or something?

Although I bumped into the phrase in this cartoon's 0:13(
), I can't clearly undestand what the "that"of "But enough about that" denotes. Or I guess it has an idiomatic meanings. Thanks in advance:)

I wouldn't say it's idiomatic. "That" is the city of Townville, or whatever it was. They made a little joke by suggesting that you were tired of hearing about Townville, when all they had said so far was the name of the place.
