We are familiar with your terms and conditions. We will provide you with all the requirements that have been mentioned. Our restaurant will be closed to the general public on that day so that there will be members only of your delegation. Also we are familiar with which food and beverages are acceptable. We aware of what kind of atmosphere there must be and we are informing you that you will be provided with security of New Zealand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
