Business writing; inquiry about PhD funding to the admission office

I have recently admitted to a PhD program and this is an inquiry e-mail regarding the funding package offered by the school. Could you please proofread this especially for tenses and modal verbs. Sometimes they are really confusing. Other comments are all welcomed as well! Thank you so much.

Hope you are doing well.
Recently, I have received a number of official letters from different departments and informed about the details of funding aid and follow up steps including i-20. However, it seemed like that the details of funding seemed to differ from the initial offer and they seemed to differ from one another, too. My understanding, was that some of details were not included as they are subject to change or the source of funding is different. However, since they are the official letters, I am little concerned whether the details should be corrected as soon as possible.

Also, I have not accepted the offer officially in the school system yet hoping for additional fundings that might be available once some of top students decline their offers around the deadline, April 15th. However, since the official letter has been issued, I am wondering whether I am still being considered for higher fundings. Or am I automatically being excluded from other opportunities? I would very much appreciate it if you could give me some advice on how I should deal with these issues. Thank you so much.
