business terms question

Hi,

How do you call the term for price with no tax added?

I found it in an online dictionary(just my own language to English), it says:

- value of supply/provision or
- supplied/provided value
I feel like it is not what native English users use them. I did kind of googling and looked up in the online business dictionary(I think it is based in the Washington, D.C.) but the terms above don't appear in the dictionary.

what exactly is it called?

Thanks in advance

Colloquially, we would say "before tax". Perhaps someone else has a more accurate term.
