cc: is used to indicate that a copy of the letter is being sent to someone.

cc: Person's name

Thank you for your response. Understood. But in English, can you CC "the File" or "the Archives", as in Spanish? Because in Spanish, in business letters, it is a custom to write this: CC: Archivo. "Archivo" means "Archives" or "File".

Thank you!

In an English letter, cc is just used for who you copy the letter to. You can use 'Enc.' to show what files are enclosed with/attached to the letter.
