Dear all

Colud you please check my letter? i tried to write a formal letter below. please check it.





Please see the attached file for the new volunteer roster for May to July. It will be starting on Monday 25/05/2009.

Just in case if you have any difficult to do with them please let me know and I will tell them.

And also would like to invite all of you to brief informal ceremony to say goodbye to the present volunteers and to welcome to the new comers. It will be held on Friday 29/05/2009 at the Self –access centre at 5:15 pm.
