Business letter translation

Hi there

I want you check my translation of a business letter and correct the mistakes. Thanks in advance.

Dear Sir [X]

In response to your letter [X] of March, 4 2010, we inform you Ltd[X] company provides schedules of work termination at the project, however all schedules are valid in case of receiving of financial support from Customer.

Ltd [X] company do its best to terminate all the works at the object within the specified time, unfortunately financial support is not received within specified time, therefore all dates of performance of works due to schedules are shifted.

By reason of performance of works are not paid by Customer of December of 2009, January and February of 2010, it appears debts to our subcontractor companies, it is indicated in the letter of March, 4 2010 and Ltd [X] company is obliged to cancel works at the object until financial support is received from Customer.

Due to your letter we understand Corp “[X] Co., Ltd” is aimed to draw a third-party company for work termination at the object.

In this case Ltd [X] declines all responsibilities for a facade of building and also cancel to grant any guarantees, as remaining works can considerably influence on facade constructions and building in the whole (such as leakage, frost penetration).

Also we are not agreed to the estimation of additional work with the facade, enclosed to this letter, as price estimation are overrated, but as for building materials you don’t have to buy them, because we have them and we can transfer them for you.

We insist to sign up Acts of completed works, sending in at your address and you should signed samples send in the following address Ltd [X].
