Business Letter (non-email)

In a business letter, if I am writing to Mr. Harold Businessman and I say within the letter "If you have any questions, please contact Julia Busybee, Our Budget Officer, at xxx-xxx-xxxx. Best regards, Kris Secretary", do I need to indicate Julia in my cc list? Or is it wrong for me to list her in my cc?

Also, could you tell me where I might find this answer? It seems like I remember the answer as Yes, list her...from some course I took over 25 years ago, but I cannot recall where or what resource told me that.

Thanks for your help.
