Letter Writing

Business Letter Author

How do I note that a business letter is written by one party but it is signed by another? (Ie the secretary is writing the letter for the President of the organization.)

Top answer

It's not necessary to indicate that someone else wrote the letter in this kind of situation. When people read a letter signed by the president of a large organization, everyone assumes that someone else wrote it.
