I have a couple of questions about the grammer in a business letter I had to write for an English class. The first question is wether I should capitalize international sales manager and the second is if there should be a comma after Reid in the following example.  EX-My name is Rachel Reid, and I am the international sales manager for......      Please help me. Thanks!!

This sentence has two main clauses. This is the comma rule

A comma separates main clauses joined by a coordinating conjunction, such as and, but, or, nor, or so.
She knew very little about the new system, and he volunteered nothing.

international sales manager is not capitalised because it is separated from Rachel’s name by a comma that functions to divide the first clause from the second.

Hi, sorry, I made an error. I'm pretty sure that International Sales Manager should use capital letters because the letter goes on to say where she works. Hope I caught you in time!
