Hi guys!
My English teacher is quite a fussy person so I would like someone to check and correct what I've written. I've got a CAE myself, so the content should be more or less correct, but still I'd be grateful if someone checked whether my punctuation is all right since commas, fullstops etc never used to be my strong point. I prefer BrE so please do not carp about my practiSe (not: practice) and so on

Thx in advance.
PROPOSAL TO IMPOROVE COMPANY’S RECRUITMENT POLICY
AND EHNANCE EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE
Introduction
In the view of the board, the company at present does too little to stimulate its employees and encourage them sufficiently to work creatively. What is more, it is observed that workers do not spend their work time effectively and waste it playing internet games or chatting via MSN or e-mails.
It is also a growing problem that HR department hires inappropriate, indecisive and irresponsible people.
Genetic tests implementation
Whether or not genetic screening should be effectuated is the matter of greatest concern. The board should not insist on putting that into practice since some employees-to-be may find it offensive and even resort to filing a lawsuit against the company. The best solution in the case of recruitment process would be to make our psychological tests more specific so as to make sure that only reliable and not addiction-prone people are chosen.
Keeping employees actions under surveillance
It is widely known and practised that employers keep record of what their subordinates do while they should be working. However, there should be some boundaries not to be crossed. Company e-mails, post and employee’s internet activity should be closely monitored. Nevertheless, worker’s private e-mails, phone calls and correspondence ought not to be kept under observation. A good idea would be to install applications disallowing use of instant messaging clients and visiting business unrelated websites.
Culture as a way to improve performance
The results of the latest research conducted to check if employee’s cultural activity effects their functioning are staggering. It turns out that the culturally involved employees achieve a lot more than those ‘eight-to-five’ ones. It is strongly advised that the employer doesn’t neglect cultural and societal aspect of his workers. Complimentary cinema/theatre tickets could be given out to the employees as well as should they be encouraged (and not in any case: compelled) to embark on their own artistic activity.
Final recommendation
It is clear from employee’s feedback that genetic tests are not a very ethical way to deal with future workers. Instead of them, candidate’s personality should be closely examined.
Perhaps the most effective way of making employees do the actual work during their work time could be to inform them that their internet activity is monitored and installing programmes keeping track of websites each employee visits.
It is also vital for the staff’s development to increase their creativity by organising culture-related workshops and encouraging them to be a culturally active member of society.
