Business email and telephone conversations and ethics

Hi everyone,

this is a general question that i'd like to ask everyone. I recently started working for a new company that is more professional than my last job, i was wondering is there anything to improve ones professional business talking on the telephone and writing emails?

I'm more used to a relaxed response and have to up my level now which im not complaining about just need some advice and a little help!
