Which is proper on a personal card , Jane and John Smith or John and Jane smith ?We are thinking of having cards made for when we travel this summer. they would include contact information.

Twenty years ago it would have been "John and Jane Smith."
Now it's whoever's got the money, or whoever wears the pants, that comes first.
