Business as usual

"Pharmacy IT are now advertising for a new Specialist Pharmacy Technician to join the Pharmacy IT Clinical System Support Team. This role is to give the team the capacity to provide Business as Usual support for eMeds (MedChart)."
I saw the above vacancy in my email.
I know the meaning of "business as usual". Are the capital letters in "Business as Usual" correct in the given context?

Is "support" been modified by "business as usual"?

Top answer

Yes, the expression modifies "support". It would probably be best to treat it as a compound adjective, "business-as-usual". Capital letters are probably required because "Business-as-Usual" sounds like a proper name for a particular department or medical function.
