Business and Personal letter to a president of a big company
Hi folks,
The situation is something like this. I've been referred to a job in company A, where I get to work with the team of a dept B's Head C. I've been referred as a potential candidate by the relative of this Mr. C. I've had interviews and stuff, and Mr. C is willing to recruit me into his team, but pay scale and stuff is being decided by HR, of I've had negotiation with Mr. C and the last converstaion we've had on phone is that he'd get back after discussing with HR.
Now I want to write him a mail instead of giving him a ring, I'm kinda clueless how to go about it. The tone should be respectful and something like, don't want to disturb you but it's kinda urgent and stuff. Any suggestions would be really helpful.

Hi, Try this. Write what you would say if you were talking to him face to face. Then show us, for suggestions.

Hi, Try this.
Write what you would say if you were talking to him face to face.
Then show us, for suggestions.
My advice it to keep it quite brief.

Just what I've been looking for, many thanks for your help. Whenever I asked a question here re: letter writing, I've always got exactly what I needed, for which I'm very thankful.
